What are the conditions of use of "Fidel'Ôlio"?
1. PROGRAM CHARACTERISTICS
"Fidel'Olio"is offered by "SAS Olivio COLIN" (Manager). It concerns members of the "OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN" (grouping the brands "Ô", "Ôlio", "WOlio", "Point Ô" , "Fidel'Ôlio" and "Groupe OVH de SAS Olivio COLIN") as well as partners who wish to join this Program and aims to provide Members of the Program with the benefits described below during their visits to the establishments of the "OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN".
2. ESTABLISHMENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM
All establishmentsof the "OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN"participate in the "Fidel'Ôlio" program. Only the list of Group establishments appearing on the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application can be used as a reference.
If an establishment leaves the"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN", after the reservation but before the stay, the Member will not earn any loyalty rewards and the special offers will no longer be valid after the date on which the establishment leaves the network, even if the reservation had been made before this date.
For all other cases, if the Member is wrongly refused a credit for accumulating "Ô" points or an advantage relating to his membership, the responsibility of the"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN"will be limited to the correct registration of the correct accumulation of "Ô" points on his account, via a request on the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application or upon receipt of a registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt from the Member within one month of the dispute. The Member must attach to this letter or email, the invoice for the stay relating to the accumulation of the "Ô" point claimed.
3. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
3.1. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
All natural persons who are of legal age within the meaning of the law of the Member's country and/or who have the legal capacity to contract can participate. Minors cannot participate in the Program. Joining the Program is free and the card is strictly personal; it cannot be sold or loaned. It is not a means of payment. Each Card mentions the individual identification number of the Member.
Each Member may only hold one loyalty card.
The Member must not communicate his card number or password to anyone. He is responsible for all transactions from and to his account. The possession of an individual e-mail address and a mobile phone number is essential to join the "Fidel'Ôlio" Program. The same e-mail address is not accepted for two Members.
Members of the Program accept that it may be modified, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. They may read the modifications by consulting the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the application " O"
3.2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
3.2.1. In the establishments of"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN"
The Customer can join the "Fidel'Ôlio" Program when visiting an establishment in the"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN". The operator will give him his card, so that the Member can activate it by creating an account on the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application (Activation section "Fidel'Ôlio") . After receiving an activation email, he will be able to activate his account and will then be able to benefit from all the services of the Program: access to the various functionalities of the "Fidel'Ôlio" site (consultation of the account, reservation, etc.).
The new Member may at any time connect to the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application.
3.2.2. On the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application
Membership of the "Fidel'Ôlio" Program cannot be done online.
4. RECEIPT, USE OF THE CARD
The "Fidel'Ôlio" Card is given to the Member during a visit to the establishment. To benefit from its advantages, the Member must have activated his account on the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application. Compliance with these provisions determines the granting of the benefits of the Program.
The commitments or rules to be respected by the Member:
– present your physical or virtual card on arrival at the establishment,
– not to lend or transfer their card to a third party,
– not to defraud or attempt to defraud in order to be awarded "Ô" Points,
– in the event of loss or theft: the Member can inform the Program Manager by using the “Contact” section of the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the “Ô” application
5. TERMS & PROCEDURES FOR TERMINATION
5.1. AT THE MEMBER'S INITIATIVE
The Member may decide at any time to no longer be part of the "Fidel'Ôlio" Program. This end of membership implies a complete withdrawal from the Program and the definitive end of any relationship between the program and the Member.
The Member may proceed with this termination on the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh, the "Ô" application or by sending a registered letter stating his wish to terminate his membership in the Program. This letter should be addressed to "Olivio COLIN" - Fidel'Ôlio - 25 Avenue Walter STUCKI, France.
This withdrawal entails the loss of all the "Ô" Points in its assets on the day of this termination and the complete deletion of all data relating to the Member in the databases of the"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN".
The deletion of the Member's personal data in these databases will be effective within two months from the date of termination of the Program.
5.2. AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE PROGRAM MANAGER
Any use of the "Fidel'Ôlio" Card (Programme) contrary to these general conditions may be sanctioned by the immediate cancellation of the card, its advantages, the closure of its account and the deletion of all Points " Ô" accumulated, without any compensation being claimed by the Member for any reason whatsoever.
In the event of termination of the Program at the initiative of the Manager for any reason other than use contrary by the Member to these conditions, the latter shall have a period of 2 months from the official closing date of the Program to use his "Ô" Points. Beyond this date, his "Ô" Points will no longer be valid.
The deletion of the Member's personal data in the database will be effective within two months from the date of termination of the Program.
6. ACCUMULATING "Ô" POINTS
"Ô" Points cannot be transferred to another Member.
"Ô" Points have no cash value and no money can be awarded for lost or unused "Ô" Points.

"Ô" Points are immediately credited to the customer's account and can be used 24 hours after obtaining them.
6.2. VALIDITY OF "Ô" POINTS
"Ô" Points are valid for 12 months at the end of the quarter, i.e. a validity of between 12 and 15 months depending on the date of issue of the "Ô" Points For example, "Ô" Points accumulated in January 2022 are valid until March 31, 2023, i.e. 15 months, "Ô" Points accumulated in February 2022 are also valid until March 2023, i.e. 14 months.
6.3. WINNING THE "Fidel'Ôlio" CARD
"Ô" Points can only be credited to a single "Fidel'Ôlio" card.

6.3.2. Eligible fares
Eligible Fares entitle you to the benefits of the Program.
Are eligible, all public rates (Rack), displayed on the establishment and the Evening Stopover rates.
The following rates are not eligible: promotions, packages and group rates or rates negotiated directly with the establishment (eg seminars, banquets, weddings, gift boxes, gift boxes, etc.).
Regarding the tourist tax, if it is paid as a package, it is included in the price to be valued. If it is paid per night, it must be deducted.
6.3.3. Restrictions related to the terms of sale
Services for which the reservation is made directly with the establishment, via www.Olio.ovh, www.WOli.ovh or the "Ô" application and by telephone with the reservation center give the right to a credit of Points " Ô" or other benefit related to the Program.
Services for which the reservation is made through an agent or a third party, for example a travel agency, an online travel agent (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.), Tour Operator do not give the right to any "Ô" Points or other advantage linked to the Programme, with the exception of reservations made in the event of commercial agreements concluded between a company.
7. ERRORS AND RETROACTIVE CLAIMS
COMPLAINT TO "GROUP OVH DE SAS Olivo COLIN":
If the Member notices that his "Ô" Points have not been correctly credited, he can request the correction of his balance according to the following conditions: he has a period of two (2) months following his stay (date of departure authentic), to make a request via the sites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh, the "Ô" application or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to SAS Olivio COLIN, attaching his invoice
He must explain the subject of his complaint and attach a copy of the note concerned (stay or meal). This invoice must not include handwritten modifications, only the format published by the establishment is authentic. In order to give rise to the credit of "Ô" Points, the invoice corresponding to the complaint must imperatively be drawn up in the Member's name.
8. PROGRAM COMMUNICATION
The Member can read all the information related to his membership in the "Fidel'Ôlio" Program on the sites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh or the "Ô" application.
9. PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is processed by the"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN", responsible for processing, in the context of membership and management of the Program as well as the management of complaints and the sending of information and communications.
In accordance with the provisions of the amended law of January 6, 1978 and General Regulation of the European Parliament No. 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data of 04/27/2016 and applicable since May 25, 2018, each Member of the Program has a right to access, query, rectify and delete data concerning him, as well as a right of opposition for legitimate reasons to the personal data concerning him being subject to processing and a right of opposition to commercial prospecting in particular. The exercise of his right to delete data by the Member during the Program will give rise to the termination of the Program within the meaning of article 5.1 of these conditions. These rights can be exercised by simple written request to the address FidelOlio@HelpHotel.ovh which will respond to the requests made.
As part of the Loyalty Program, the purpose of processing the personal data collected corresponds to the performance of the service provided. This purpose may also be the implementation of statistics on the attendance of customers of establishments as a whole (anonymized) as well as the sending of promotional offers.
Any membership in the Program implies the unconditional acceptance of these general conditions by the Members. These general conditions prevail over any previous text.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and the"OVH Group of SAS Olivio COLIN", the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement as a matter of priority.
FRENCH LAW IS ONLY APPLICABLE. Any disagreement or litigation which would arise within the framework of the present which would not be resolved amicably between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts located at the Head Office of "SAS Olivio COLIN".
The most recent version of these General Conditions of Use of the "Fidel'Ôlio" Program is available on the websites www.Olio.ovh, www.WOlio.ovh and the "Ô" application and replaces all previous versions.
